      Interview process was well coordinated and ran smoothly. I had an interview with the hiring manager and was scheduled for employee screening after accepting the position. I was also required to go off site for training prior to starting job.

      The hiring process was easy, first they do a phone interview followed by a person interview. Usually there's two people interviewing you and they have a list of questions for you to answer

      Interview

      Interviewers were extremely outgoing/friendly and asked position-related questions only. Great back and forth in the conversation; both interviewers were extremely open to answering my questions about work environment, inclement weather policies, and benefits of the job. They spoke about continuing education credits and training in various subjects (spanish for healthcare classes, accounting and billing seminars, etc.)
