It is a behavioral questions mixed with technical questions.

If you are accepted, you provide the documents and get to start immediately depending on the project requirement

Phone call with HR. After that a psycho-technical test of about 2 hours is performed online. Last step is an interview with the area responsible in which basically he/she explains the project you will work in.
