I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview process was pretty laid back. I applied online and received an email a couple days later inviting me to a group interview. The job was for a new location opening up in my area. I ended up not being able to make it to group interview but the reschedule process was easy and I got in the next day. The actual interview I had was with the store manager and it was done outside. (I live in Northern California.) The manager did not really seem very interested in my past work experience but more interested into the kind of person I was.

Interview
The manager introduced herself to me and then started asking questions about me. My experience, and why I wanted to work there. She wanted me to talk about what I did in my free time and what my hobbies were.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger
Interview
The interview process was very detailed. But overall easy and stress free. Felt like a typical conversation but was still very professional. Great interview experience here and would recommend working and applying here.
First, it was a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. The in-person interview was held at a table outside of the store. The manager asked basic questions about team dynamic and roles.
