Standard HR interview, phone interview with the Director, then given a take home project which takes 4-6 hours to complete. If you pass the take home project, then you come in for an in-person interview. I️ did not pass the take home project and did not receive feedback on why, and I️ did ask. A little too tedious of a process for extremely low salaries. However, the recruiter was quick with all the responses and I️ had a great conversation with the director.
