The first round of interviews were on my university campus. I then attended the recruiting event in Dallas which consisted of a networking event on the first night and then a series of interviews, a presentation, and a panel all on the second day.

What is the service that ISN provides? Why do you want to work at ISN?
initial on campus interviews. Second round flown out to Dallas for a rotation of different interview events: 2 minute presentation on a given topic with about 7 minutes to prepare, speed interviews with 7 different current employees, and panel where one half was with the President and one half with current employees. The whole process lasted from about 7:30am-1:30pm

Interview
The interview was 3-on-1 and slightly intemidating. Questions were typical but an ephasis was placed on your ability and willingness to talk on the phone all day. Who actually wants to do that? The interviewers did seem interested in me individually and I enjoyed their stressing of the transparancy of the company.
