Applied for a Senior Software Engineer role. Had a chat with HR, then they sent me a take-home test. Had to build a full-stack application. Tough but doable. Next was a culture fit interview, talked about how I'd fit in with the team, company values, that sort of thing. Got the offer in about a month.
