Received an email to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was 20 minutes long and asked very basic questions. Recruiter mentioned that my total years of experience were not what they normally consider for a "senior" title, but said my information would be passed along to the department. The recruiter did not give me any other chances to portray my skill set and how it was applicable to the position. I think my salary may have had something to do with it as this was one of the first questions asked. It has been a month with no further contact, I sent a follow up email with no response.
