The interview process mostly consists of getting to know the candidate. They ask him to briefly go over his CV and talk about himself. Later stages include consulting questions related to the field the candidate applied to.
30mins initial interview. It was smooth. Asked about technical skills and needed to answer with concrete examples of applications. Be prepared with resume questions as well as class work. Haven't heard back yet; the process might take a bit long till November.
I sent my CV online for an announced position and was invited via E-Mail to a phone screening only after a few days. The screening last around 20 minutes. The atmosphere was really kind and I felt comfortable.
