I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hudl
Interview
The interview process was fairly standard. They're more startup-ish which manifests itself in questions that are more about personality than tech (this isn't a concern to me, though). I'd say the biggest difference between this and most other interviews is that I wouldn't have considered an offer if it would have been extended.
Based on my interactions, the people are smart, talented, capable, and immature. I think the review that called it great for people that want college to extend into their 30s hit the nail on the head. If you consider yourself smart, quirky, and unready for responsibility this is the perfect company for which to apply.
To expand a bit, they strongly promote the culture. But, they don't know why. There's a vacuum of wisdom and knowledge. (Just thinking out loud here, perhaps the people are too smart and talented to have failed? Thus, they lack the knowledge gleaned from failures.) Anyway, in turn, that causes the cultural views that they espouse to become little more than platitudes.
