I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) in Mar 2012
Interview
I initially went for an over-the-phone interview with the manager I worked directly under. It was more of a conversation about Hubspot and the job. What they could offer ME. I liked that approach. The second round was in-person and they definitely delved more into me. They asked about my experience and we did a few role plays. I came back a week later for a "final round" and they had notified me that I had gotten the job. Pretty straightforward--you could tell they're really trying to fill these seats. Not a problem with me.

Super friendly people. Direct and they genuinely believe in adding strong people to their team. I had 2 rounds after which I was rejected.
It’s definitely a nice company to be at. They also encourage to keep trying.
