The initial interview is a phone screen. I spoke to Frank LaPalomnto, the sales manager in KOP office. Then a face to face with Frank and weeks later with Todd Sanford who is the w Homespire windows President. Frank was informal and enthusiastic. Todd was sullen and insulting and clearly wanted to dominate the interaction. I should have trusted my gut feeling then and withdrawn my application.
