phone interview, assessment, in person interview, ends with a tour of the store where they tell you about each department, and finally a question of 1-10 how excited you are about going to work for them.
Horrible. Very quick interview scheduled and professional interview but it’s unrealistic to expect 7-10 references that are professional only. Most companies don’t even allow employees to give references so to make that a minimum to move in in today’s world is ridiculous.
The recuiter met me at the door and showed me around the store explaining expectations right off th bat. He then took me to the office and asked me standard interview questions for a leadership position.
Electronic notification of interest followed by phone interview which lasted about a half hour. Next was an in-person interview with recruiter, a written self assessment, on-site tour of a store, some interaction with current management and associates.
