      Analyst Interview

      Positive experience

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hildebrandt in Jan 2008

      Interview

Phone interview at first with one of the directors to assess whether there's a culture fit and whether you'd be interested in their line of business. If successful, they give you an excel test (need to know pivot tables to solve) that lasts 1 hour. Then an in person interview with 3 managers/directors - pretty straight forward and typical but they do not like "canned" answers.
