I applied online. I interviewed at Hibu (Mount Vernon, WA) in Dec 2011
Interview
Interview was great, initial interview was about 90 minutes long and both sides were able to ask and get answered a lot of questions. They called within 2 days and made me an offer so they got back right away. Had to wait 7 weeks to start though because of next training session and had to stay in California for 3 weeks. Was a pretty good company, however corporate back office has really messed things up that were working very well. As the saying goes if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here, you won't make the kind of money you are used to.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Hibu in Dec 2018
Interview
Pretty easy. The basic sales rep questions. First you interview over the phone, then you meet the territory manager face to face. String you along. They do not make a decision quickly. Waste of time. Other companies out there that do not drag their feet like this one does.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hibu (King of Prussia, PA) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. There were a series of several lengthy tests. After that, was an interview with 5 people, including three managers of the department. All of them were in the the room with me at the same time, alternating their questions like a firing squad. The department managers were cold and impersonal. The total interview process took approximately 4.5 hours without an offer for a break in between at least 3 lengthy tests and the actual interview questions. Communication prior to the interview did convey their process or length of time to be at the interview. All of this for an extremely low-level, low-paying job.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hibu (Des Moines, IA) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process is easy and fairly low key. The interview and evaluation with the manager was friendly and we quickly built a good repore. However, the real evaluation of your abilities and skills happens when you attend training in PA.
