I had a recruiter reach out to me via email and then a call with a contractor/temporary role opportunity, and following that conversation, I had an interview call with a Partner before being extended an offer, which I then accepted.

Interview
The interview process went very well. Everyone seemed really excited for me to start. I made it through 3 rounds with the ECD, and other senior creative team members. My experience was a great match. I eventually got an offer, and the day I was going to accept it they told me it had expired. We agreed I would give an answer that day. It was a very cold experience.
