Interview
Had a phone screen with the recruiter in the beginning, followed by assignment submission.
After clearing both the rounds I had an Interview with the CEO of the company.
Process went smooth until my interview started. The interviewer dint know anything about what he actually wanted, questions were pretty basic and some of them dint make any sense.
I could see the interviewer drowsing when the discussion was going on. Horrible experience ever, would never join such an organisation where leaders aren't responsible enough.
