I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Henkel (Bay Point, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Found this position through on campus recruiting. Time from initial application to start date took approximately a month.
The Interview took place at 7am as this position was on graveyard shift. Was interviewed by a manager and the lead for that shift. The type of work, team and different laboratory areas were discussed in the first half. I was asked mainly technical and situational questions in the second half. Some questions involved basic math, the rest were lab or safety based scenarios you’d encounter on the job.
At the end of the interview I was told they wanted to bring me on. Received a written offer a week later.

Interview
Applied online through the company site. I got an initial phone call to talk about the position. It was not a formal phone interview, but I was told that they would let me know if they wanted to bring me in for an in person interview. The interview itself wasn't very technical.
