The interview was your basic interview. I actually went with a friend who was getting interviewed, filled out an application, and received an impromptu interview as well. I believed they asked behavior like question to get a feel of you as well as experience questions. After the interview is over the director takes you around the school to show you everything and you get to meet the staff.
