Interview
It was fairly average. There was an initial HR screening call. Then a 4 hour take home test (SQL, excel, python). Then a meeting with the data science team. All done remotely.

Question 1
Given a specific ER model and business rules, write specific queries. Given an excel file of 40k rows, write formula to obtain, group by means, frequencies, etc. Use python to merge dataframes and engineer some features for a model.
I was scheduled for a screening but did not receive a call the day of. This is highly unprofessional and a disrespect to the candidate's time. The bar is definitely decreasing at Hello Fresh.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HelloFresh
Interview
They first planned a one-hour meeting.
They asked me when I was free to have this meeting.
I searched for the guy that I would have a meeting with so I would know him exactly, so I could be more comfortable in the interview, I actually planned a compliment to tell him in the first moments of the interview so that we could talk more comfortably.
It goes well, and then they send an email saying you are rejected because you are not qualified.
I asked why, and he sent an email explaining why I was rejected with details.
The interviewer was so kind, I didn't feel bad at all.
