Interview
After being called from the resume pile and reviewed, you will be asked to come in and sit down with whichever Supervisor is still working there. They will tell you a bit about the company, and also tell you that the position is "very easy." They actually NEED people, so the turnover rate is exceptionally high.

Interview was quick simple questions asked the manager was very friendly and didn't ask to many questions was told that she would call the next day but she called the same day and I was offered the position
