What was the biggest challenge you've encountered during a leadership role
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hearst (Milan) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview was fine normal. I really felt like I had to lead the interview, asking most of the questions, the interviewer seemed shy. They described position to me and what some of the work would be like.
