Human resources contacted me and ask standard interview questions, for example Can you tell me alittle about yourself then proceeded with more behaviour type questions, for example Can you describe a time you were a team player. After the telephone interview i was then ask to come in for a 1 on 1 with the General Manager within the same week. The 1 on 1 interview was more geared toward details about experience and what I thought i could bring to the company if offered the position. I was then giving a tour of the company and introduced to the manager I would be working under. The next day I was offered the position.
The Company as a whole is a great company to work for. Very structured enviorment with tight deadlines. Everything ran like clock work including mangement with 6 month and yearly reviews for associates.
