Walk in, and let one of the cashiers know you're there for an interview. The store manager meets you to the front of the store and you go straight to office. You're asked to have a seat and interrogated with basic interview questions. If you pass the interview, you're offered the job on the spot. If you accept, you take a tour of the store, and in a week you come back for paper work. Then in another week you start your training.
