The interview was over a video call, and there were calls with several different team members. There were some hypothetical questions that felt like a very specific answer was wanted, and despite my experience and expertise in similar situations to the hypothetical, it felt impossible to give the correct answer. I was clearly not what they were looking for despite my qualification matches, which is fine. I also feel like the company culture may have been a bit colder than what I was looking for. Probably just the wrong fit. May be better for the straightforward get-to-the-facts type rather than the relationship-building type.
