Very casual and comfortable. Lots of questions but they were interesting and productive. Mostly about customer service, leadership, and teamwork. I was offered the job on the spot and it felt as if I had it before I even arrived.

When was a time when you went out of your way to help someone?
It was pretty laid back, my interviewer understand that i may or may not be here for a long time. They were in pretty desperate need of workers, and with this I had plenty of opportunity to pick which department I was looking for.

Interview
Only ten or fifteen mins long. Manager was sweet and welcoming and it put me at ease. She only asked 2 questions and I was hired. Have orientation quickly after interview.
