Very friendly team over Zoom that made the interview process as positive as possible. They are interested in building a rapport with the interviewee as much as they are interested in your answers to individual questions so be prepared to engage in pleasantries.

I had a phone screening with HR that took about 10 minutes, and then a thirty minute interview with the hiring manager. The whole process took about three weeks. Standard interview questions in the HR screening, and in the interview with the hiring manager I talked about books I've read and how I stay organized.

Interviewers first talked about the role and then asked about interest in manga and experience with school organizations. After the interview, I was asked to complete a copyediting test that included both traditional writing and manga panels.
