Interview
One 30-minutes chat with one of their employees and a behavioral interview. Behavioral interview was conducted by 1 engineer. They asked the basic questions and STAR questions. Overall easy, the interview didn’t last more than 30-minutes.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HII in Mar 2026
Interview
A call from HR and a 2 hour long interview. The call from HR was about 10 minutes. The interview involved 3 rounds of people. 2 from systems, 2 from software, and 2 senior managers.
It went really well and was mostly behavior based. Was 2 pmo and the lead developer. They asked questions about my c# skills and js. There were also questions about how I have contributed to my team at my current company.

It was a semi technical interview with a senior dev and a manager. They asked a few technical questions and behavioral questions. It was over the phone. Not a lot of leet code
