great interview with hiring manager. He was relaxed and just wanted to know more about you, not the traditional sales interview to go over metrics. Seemed genuine, going into the next call with ceo soon

It was nice phone interview then I was invited to next step, and met another recruiter then ghosted for a month.
Then after a month came the rejection.
But it was a good interview though.

Interview
In total I had three interviews with this company and found all three to be completely inappropriate. The owner is very pompous and arrogant- asked me how old I was (illegal) and I was also asked this question again upon my second interview with another employee. Seems like management would be a nightmare and I was also told that the owner "sensed a lack of self confidence" which felt like a personal accusation and again, super inappropriate for an interview. When I left the interview, I felt attacked and demoralized- didn't even want an offer at that point. RUN from this place!
