Interview
The interview process follows a structured approach to assess candidates thoroughly:
Initial HR Call – A preliminary conversation with HR to discuss your background, experience, and expectations. This helps determine if there is a mutual fit.
HR Round – A more detailed discussion covering your skills, career goals, and alignment with the company culture.
Offline Test – Conducted at the job location, this assessment consists of 100+ multiple-choice questions (moderate difficulty), primarily covering fundamental concepts from CFA Level 1.
Final Interview with the Founder – A one-on-one discussion with the founder, focusing on your technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and overall fit for the role.
