It was a wonderful experience overall. The process started with an engaging conversation with the recruiter, followed by a thoughtful interview with a team member. Finally, there was an intensive five-hour session that included a challenging technical exam and deeper discussions.

3 rounds, including an in-person super day. First two rounds are non technical and very “tell me a time”. There is an online technical in between round one and two. The super day includes an in person technical and cade study.
One quick introduction call with the hiring manager. They get to know you and ask about your interest in the National Security space. Second interview is a technical assessment with HackerRank.
