I have applied online and a recruiter reached me regarding interview process and sent cognitive, predictive and coding assessment and the tests were easy and i secured 100% scores in those tests and next day the recruiter sent a rejection email that they have got an internal candidate reference and they are highly interested in him. Its true waste of time
