Recently had a first-round interview with Genesys. The interviews seemed well-organized, and the process felt straightforward and professional. However, after the interview, I never heard back, despite following up twice. A simple reply, even if just to inform a candidate of a decision, would have made a big difference in my experience. I hope the company can improve its candidate communication to reflect the otherwise positive interview process.
