Interview
I was contacted directly by the hiring manager. After a few calls with her I was scheduled to meet with other business leads across various departments. Each conversation was comprehensive to learn how I would engage with the various functional areas I would need to interact with. The final step was an in person meeting with the hiring manager.

I was asked several specifics to the position along with a general testing of my knowledge/understanding of Genesys and their products.
4 steps: 1) HR 2) Hiring Manager 3) 2 potential peer colleague(s) 4) 3 team members Some scheduled interviews were no-shows, while others focused on how I might solve their problems. Assessed this to be a fishing expedition to gain knowledge without actually making a job offer. Later found the job was never (within 3 years timeframe) actually filled.

Interview
The interview process was a positive experience and was very focused on outlining the skills and needs of t he role as well as a discussion of the skills I could bring to the role. The company was very much focused on understanding my perspective on the fit of the role, and how it felt from a career and work/life balance perspective.
