Interview
The Talent Acquisition SPOC managed the initial process meticulously, and the Manager round was well-structured with relevant subject matter discussions. While the panel interview was adequate, I note that after completing 5 interview rounds, I discovered the role required a specific skillset not mentioned in the original job description.
While organizations certainly have the right to refine requirements, greater clarity upfront would respect candidates' time investment. I recommend aligning JD transparency with internal needs before initiating multi-stage processes to ensure a more efficient experience for all parties.

3 rounds of interview. Too much waiting in between rounds. HR, accessment and manager round. It could be streamlined better. Assessment is pretty easy. HR is looking primarily for communication skills. Manager round was a bit tough to crack.
