First round with a PM and an engineer. Then the second round with four or five senior engineers with lots of practical questions related to the job description. Quite a lot of technical questions.

Through recruiter, 2 interviews. Reference checks after first interview. Some technical questions but more personality and interpersonal skills questions. All in all quite a long process and most of the same questions were covered in the first and second interviews.

Very Very Disappointing company, took two interviews and this guy asked me all set of technical questions which I could not answer as I had no experience in that area. Then checked my referees and then called me again for asking another set of Technical questions which they asked me a week earlier, I was very annoyed at them and told them I haven't become an expert on the subject in one week.
