The experience with HR was disorganized, slow to respond, unclear, and at times, provided the wrong information. I do not trust nor recommend interviewing with a company that asks you to submit a written assignment before meeting with the hiring team, especially at a company that is still forming its product team
There were three rounds after the recruiter screen: hiring manager, product manager peer, business stakeholder. It took two weeks to complete. The recruiter was efficient and prompt after each stage.
