I spoke to a recruiter during a career fair late January. I applied online late February and heard back from the early April. Only one phone interview with the supervisor you will be working with and three to four of her co-workers. I got a call back saying I was being offered a position a week after my interview.

Focus on grit, sales experience, and desire to learn. It was first a coffee chat, and then two rounds of interviews. It was important to follow up. First interview was with the SLDP manager and the second was with a director

The interview process was overall good, the first round was a phone screen and was pretty short. The second round was a zoom with behavioral questions. The interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to, it was pretty conversational.
