Applied by the end of November 2022, received an invitation to a screening interview in January 2023, had the first interview in February, did a take-home assignment in the meantime, had the third round in March where I had to prepare a presentation, and just received a copy-paste rejection email now in the middle of April. I had to chase for updates at least twice between all of those stages and all I heard was just "thank you for your patience, we'll get back to you within the next few days". The interviews overall were professional and interesting, but there seem to be a lot of disorganisation and poor communication between the teams involved. I've never received any feedback on the assignment and there was little space for me to ask any questions.
