First few interviews with junior employees that joined the company in less than a year. There were only behavioral questions along with some kind of online IQ test. The fourth interview was with a manager of the team who joined the company in about just 2 years (originally joined as a junior analyst). This interview experience was a mess. First, there was no clear time zone indications on the interview appointment page, rendering in extra efforts in communications to rearrange time for this interview. Secondly, the phone interview with this manager gave me the feeling that there were definitely some personality mismatches between us, although the first few interviews were very warm and friendly. As it turned out, I got rejected after the fourth round, which is expected and I feel blessed that I was not moved to further rounds.
