I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Front in Jul 2021
Interview
Received an email from a recruiter for a 20 minute introductory call. Talked to the head of the Support team who was really nice and explained what the job was and who the company was as a whole. Took the last 10 minutes to do Q&A about the company, which was really nice!

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Front (Warsaw, Masovia) in May 2022
Interview
Applied online and the whole process took 3 weeks. Processing time seems okay but in fact, it was quite intense. After some general interviews and a written technical test, you will be asked to attend interviews with several different stakeholders in the company and it will last for more than 3 hours. Presumably, if you get passed all of them and, if they like you, you will get the offer in the end. My application failed because of a lack of concise answers during interviews and deeper technical knowledge was missing according to the official reply but I disagreed. The technical interviewers said they liked my answer and said it was well done. They also never mention nor ask for further details in the interview. I think it was a bit unfair to mention a lack of deeper knowledge. Secondly, if they want concise answers, they might as well hire a bot hehe, just a joke. But anyway, if you want to nail the interview, be concise, be a bot. Forget about who is your audience, don't try to impress too hard, that's it.
