Fresho interview questions

I polite, initial culture interview with a team member, which was a very casual chat. This was followed by a take home code exam which I was lead to understand I didn't need spend much time on but was later told that I should have spend days working on it.

Interview process has too many stages, code challenge takes too long for what the job is worth. One of the interviewer didn't even show that they appreciated my time and also answered questions vaguely. Overall gave me the vibe that they're not interested in investing in employee growth.
