Framingham Public School interview questions

Zoom interview and demo lesson Zoom interview was about 30 minutes, asked about my teaching philosophy and types of lessons I have taught Demo lesson was 55 minutes long with just the principal and teacher present

Applied online and was emailed within a week asking me to come in for an interview as soon as possible. I came in for an interview the following week. I was interviewed by the head of the department and a teacher. Neither of them had anything in front of them and only asked questions off the top of their head. Nothing was written down. I followed up the next day and a week later and never heard anything back from them. I was completed ghosted by the school.
