The interview wasn't as technical as other firms. This organization cherishes critical thinking because technical skills pertaining to the job can be trained later on. The interviewers were truly interested in learning my personality and working principles.

I applied online and received a call for an interview after 3weeks. I was interviewed by 2 people and it went well. They walked me through the job and the benefits. I really felt I was going to get an offer. I followed up after a week and I was told that the hiring manager has not hired someone yet. 3 weeks has passed and no email or anything informing me if I made it or not. Would be nice to know the outcome.
