Interview
They have open calls very often. You go there appropriately dress for a interview. Fill out the application and give it to them with your nice resume. Then the manager ask to come in a group of 6 - 8 people. As soon you get in you have to introduce yourself saying your full name, age, where you from, what are your goals in life, if you have any experience and where, what's your biggest motivation in life and your biggest fear. After everybody finish the manager ask you to describe the attire you are wearing and why you choose it to wear for that day. The manager said that will call before 2pm to all that passed the interview. She did. Asked me to go next day to sign. Pretty fast.
simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.

It was quick and easy. It did not last more than 20 minutes and I had no prior retail experience before applying. They asked me basic interview questions. I recommend applying
fairly easy interview process and i just got done with work today and it was supposed to be done today but it is still not going on today so we are not doing it now but we need a little bit to do the stuff for you guys today
