Had an initial phone screen with HR which was standard and then scheduled a virtual 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. It was one of the more uncomfortable interviews that I've had. It didn't seem like the hiring manager was interested in my experience at all and I felt like I was talking to a wall. They said hardly anything besides asking some canned questions with a blank look on their face. I knew there was no chance that I'd be moving forward in the interview process but the hiring manager promised that I'd be notified either way. I never heard from them or HR which is fine but don't promise to follow up if you have no intention to. Overall, I'm left with a rather poor impression of the company.
