Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and we had general recruiter call first then they sent me a take home assignment and gave me a week to finish it. After submitting, I never got any feedback and was rejected for the role.

Es un proceso largo pero ameno, que te permite conocer los entresijos de la empresa, la forma de trabajar y a la gente que la compone. Son varias fases
- toma de contacto con RRHH
- entrevista con un tech lead
- prueba técnica en casa
- revisión de la prueba técnica
- pair programming, con nueva funcionalidad sobre la prueba técnica
- problema de diseño de arquitectura
- reunión informal con otros miembros del equipo
En todo momento permiten hacer todo tipo de preguntas y tratan a la gente con respeto, haciendo a los candidatos sentirse parte del equipo antes de recibir una oferta
