First round mental Math; Then HR (behav + prob); virtial Tech with a trader; Then onsite superday. HR round was pretty selective and hard , then tech was okay. Did not make to superday

Started with CV screening, then Online Assessment including Mental Math and Sequences. Then an HR interview and technical interview (technical knowledge of trading concepts, such as market-making and ETF arbitrage). I stopped there.
