Very informal but still professional. In the mall, sit down style at a small table very personal and one on one type feel. After applying, phone screen is conducted with very basic questions. Then an interview is conducted. They make the hiring decision within 10 days.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
