Got a phone call for in person interview within one week of sending in online application. Went in for interview and was offered a position. Was asked for availability and received scheduled hours one week from my interview date. Overall process took about 2 weeks.

Why FinishLine versus other shoe retailers? What are greatest strengths and weaknesses?
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
