Initially, I met with the fidessa recruiting team at my university's career fair. My resume was collected and later on I was emailed a hackerrank challenge. The challenge was simple and fair, I did everything correctly and was later invited to do a hirevue interview. My Hirevue consisted of only behavioral questions. After completing the hirevue, I expected a rejection or an invitation to their office for a final interview. Instead they wanted me to do another remote codepair interview. I wasn't interested in wasting my time any further and withdrew my application. I do not understand why they make the candidate interview through so many stages, especially a candidate like me that lives a short train ride from their office. Please avoid this company unless you are extremely desperate. The company is neither a Google nor a Facebook but after seeing how they don't care about their candidates time they sure do act like they are.
